The 50th Year Reunion of our Class of 1965 appears to have been a success!
A total of 33 classmates (46 with spouses/family/friends) attended one or more of the Reunion weekend events. We also heard from 18 classmates who advised they would not be attending for various reasons.
* Friday's get together at the Wayside had over 30 people catching up for hours.
* Saturday's high school tour was great seeing so many changes since we opened the school in the fall of 1964. There are certainly different areas than when we attended, such as a dance studio, technology center, computer labs, less books and more internet access in the library, AV recording studioto create programs for use within the school, and wi-fi for so many different ways to learn. The new "Wall of Distinction" and other remembrances of special people was impressive.* Saturday's JE Alumni Association banquet was attended by over 40 classmates and their guests, with displays, messages from some classmates who could not attend, recognition of classmates who have passed away, and again, time to visit with each other.
* Sunday's brunch at the Millstone Golf Course was another well attended event with delicious food and lots of visiting.
